Is there a way to lighten the flow of my period bleeding? please help

Birth control pills MIGHT do it, but you should only turn to them if the bleeding is very excessive.

Birth control is known to lessen the amount of bleeding during a period...as well as regulate when it is. Depo provera is also known to stop periods all together while on it...But it all depends on the woman and how her body reacts

If your flow is heavy, try ibuprofen (prescription dose is 4 over-the-counter pills). It inhibits prostaglandins, which play a role in period blood flow. I know it works for me.
