Six months is six months

Calendar date.

If it is Business date, it would still be six months. Just because your business week is 5 days, you still go by the 7 day week. You do not tally up the business days to make up 182, 183 days (1/2 year or six months).

The difference may be 2 or 3 days more or less using business date, if "the check was written on" or "the six month anniversary date falls on" a weekend or holiday.

Good Luck.
