Say "bless you " the first n second time but after the third time id say " shut the **** up!!"

They didn't get the answer they were hoping for the first 4 times. You know how I keep asking about why my wife won't have sex with me? ok, well, asking, whining, whatever it is that I do.. I keep up the same theme. Well, over time I've actually received a few very different and very helpful answers. YA has helped me much more than marriage counseling or any books. It's not that people here are more informed or professional, it's that they talk about themselves and show that everyone has problems, and some are even just like mine. Misery loves company.

Wait until you have finished sneezing then say bless you. Or you can say bless you the first time, then wait until that person is done sneezing then say times the number of counted.

Excellent question. It's really open
to interpretation. Some people says "bless you" only once or not at all; whereas others feel it's necessary to repeat it every single time.
Personally, I just ask the person if they think they're all done with the sneezing and say it that one time.

now here's the funny part...and this is true...it seems that during the dark ages during the plague that took over Europe...priests were dying as fast as anyone else...so the Pope gave general dispensation to the lay people (us normal folks) for them to give the last rights of anyone they saw dying...one of the first signs you had the plague was repeatedly sneezing...so they would say bless you the person they thought had the plague..so when you say bless you...you are really saying farewell my friend rest in peace.
Gesundheit is German for "to your health" and is a way of wishing good health on someone...
next time you hear a sneeze think of me..

I only said it for the first few times, because I felt quite fed up after that...
But as for seeing a person sneeze multiple times, I said 'Blast You!'' jokingly... ^_^

Say it again if you get the time between sneezes, and definitely when the spate is over.
I think it is actually to make the person feel better and distracted from sneezing.
