I just got some shirts for school (which starts wednesday) and they're sort of small. I know they'll probably be better after I wear them a couple times, but.... well how do I stretch them out?

It depends on the material. There should be a tag- probably right at the neck, or somewhere down the left seam- that tells you how to care for the shirts.

Stretching and tightening of the dresses after washing will depend on the type of fabric they are made up of.

wash them in cold water with their colors then take them out of the washer and drythem on a hanger stretching them every few minutes. they will be a little bigger doing that...
