If it WEREN'T there, you'd sure feel it. You have pressure in your body pushing your skin out, so you'd pop in pretty short order if not for atmospheric pressure pushing back in. (Watch the end of Total Recall for a somewhat dramatized version of what would happen without atmospheric pressure). Any time the pressure around you changes (diving, flying, whatever), your body has to adjust to it. Trying to do it to quickly can be fatal.

We dont feel the atmopheric pressure on us because our body produces a certain amount of pressure too which it tries to make equal with its surrounding. This is why people feel their ears hurt or their nose bleed when they are in an aircraft. Their body tries to control the pressure but the pressure becomes too much. And the more you fly the more your body gets adapted to it. So the more you fly the less it would hurt / bleed.
P.S . Did you know that the atmospheric pressure on earth is 1 kilogram per centimeter square. Well ! Its true you know?

Of course, we feel. We were born in this pressure,we lived in this pressre and our body is adapted to this pressure. The atmospheric pressure is balanced by the internal body pressure. This is just like a new born baby aclimatises with the climate where she/he was born.
We will feel it if the pressure increases or decreases. If a person goes under water he gets pain in the ears or certain people while travelling at high altitude they get bleeding in the nose or ears.

The only place we would be able to feel that pressure is where there is gas inside of our body sensitive to pressure. The main place for this is our ears (or our noses if we're congested).
Normally, the air pressure in our ears is the same as outside: 14.7 psi at sea level.
Notice that you DO feel something if the air pressure changes - if you are travelling vi air or car and your elevation changes enough. You feel the pressure or perhaps even pain until the pressure equalizes.

Because there is just as much pressure in us pushing out as there is outside pressing in.
If you decompress from ANY higher pressure to a lower pressure fast enough, you get "the bends." It is where the nitrogen bubbles out of the tissues in your body. It is very painful and can kill you. The REASON the nitrogen bubbles out is because of your internal pressure not being equalized with the external pressure. It's just like the idea that you can boil water at a lower temperature in a higher elevation.... because the water has less atmospheric pressure on it so it can literally bubble (it's vapor) right out of itself easier.
Finally, if you experience a lot of pressure DIFFERENCE on the outside of your body, you CAN feel it. Think about the pressure you feel when you start to go under water deeper. But because water is so heavy compared to air, you feel it on a much greater level.

Because we're used to it. Our body's have always been under this force so we have an internal pressure that pushes out based on or evolution under the atmosphere. If you took away out atmospheric pressure we would explode. Maybe not "boom" explode, but our insides would try to become our outsides.

At this equilibrium, the nerves that feel in our bodies do not register any feeling.

We were born in this pressure. We have lived every moment of our lives under (relatively) the same amount of pressure. We have the same amount of pressure inside of us. We don't feel it because it is what we are used to. It's our neutral default.
