I'm not sure I understand the question, but I do think that all drivers past the age of 70 should be given thorough yearly medical exams to ensure they can still safely drive. The current eye tests the DMV gives them every few years when they go in to renew their licenses are a joke. Many of them just don't realize when it's time to give up their cars, or are too selfish to do so and can be just as likely to get into accidents as teenagers due to their diminished reflexes and eyesight. Unfortunately, senior citizen lobbyist groups like AARP repeatedly refuse to allow such legislation to pass on the grounds that they think it's age discrimination.

Well because they have had a ton of life experiance and education to make informed decisions about our nation they deserve the seat in congress. I don't want a 20 year old with no life experiance to help in the decision making process making my laws etc. As for the driving the only seniors that shouldn't have a license would be the ones that can't pass the tests!

I Think a lot of seniors are good drivers how ever as an instructor. some of worst rides came from seniors. They assume they have been on the road so long They know it all.I advocate Medical exams for all Road and written tests every 5 years. I found out I had Diabetes From a drivers medical exam All professional drivers take medicals. Why not everyone

Well I think that older people should be tested thoroughly, than they are already because just how young teenagers and young people in their 20's are some what a risk driving. So are older people who have had their senses slow down on them. As for Congress Demo or Rep they are all the same legacy rich people who come from money wake up and do the research and you will find out.. But not all but they can easily be bought out..

If you are blind, deaf, and dumb, you cannot drive.
