Input my memory card from my digital camera into my computer so that the images can download? Or do I need a USB cord? I have a Dell computer. If so, where can I insert the memory card? Thanks for your help

yeah i know i have a usb cord only I left it in my other purse.

u need a usb cable. it should have come with the camera. also, u may need the software, which should have also come with the camera

If your computer doesn't have a card slot, then you may need a USB cord (if your camera has the ability to download via USB! ... some don't!)

Our older Olympus didn't have a USB hookup, but had what they called a "smart card" and so we had to buy a device called a Dazzle into which we slid the card, then plugged the cable into the USB slot on the computer and it was treated as an external drive...

there is no way that you can plug your memory card into the computer. you do need a usb cable......take your camera to the enarest camera store and ask them if they have any usb cables that they can mail you
