you did great so far
after putting her in the breeding net, you don't really have to worry anymore....
just leave her alone but you will have to watch her until she finish giving birth, so then you can remove her right away from the breeder, or else the frys will be eaten before you notice it...
if you never saw a guppy give birth before, i suggest you watch this cool, funny, interesting video of a guppy giving birth to over 40 guppies
http://youtube.com/watch?v=kFkBjD2Le3k
to take care of the frys, i recommend you look at this following website, it shows you about preparing food for the frys and giving them nutritious healthy food that will help them grow faster and healthier...:

ok, she will be fine. take a chill pill and relax. the best thing to do would be to leave her alone, but yes, keep a close eye on her. guppies can take up to 2 full days to have their drop (a drop is one batch of fry, and fry are the baby fish) so dont be surprised if their are a few more in there each time you look. keep both her and the babies away from other fish. if you have her in a breeder, then she should be fine. the ideal one would be a breeder that has either a grate or a v trap that the babies fall through and cannot get back up near their mothers. why? the mothers tend to be canabalistic.
if you sit and watch long enough, you can see her give birth to about 30, which is the average number in a drop. my last 2 drops numbered 16 fry and 27, so it may not be exact.
also, for raising the babies, you may want to take a look at this site. i have found it VERY useful in the raising of my newest fry drop, which was only about 3 days ago.
the page gives you growth rates, ideal foods, water conditions, and other usefull things.
look through both pages and you will see a pic of the better breeding box, called a v trap. it has a female fish in it. you can get a better look.

So that means you want to keep the babies. Once my molly gave birth I just let the babies get eaten. If you want to keep the fry remove the mother once all the babies are gone put the babies in a breeding net feed them crushed fish flakwes and as soon as they are big enough not to be eaten by your guppies. Then if they look good take them to a pet store and sell them!
Either way whatever you do good luck, and don't panic. Guppies breed like rabbits so this will happen quite often. Good luck!

watch her close until you think she has all the babies, then take it out.
Keep the babies in the container until they get large enough not to become a meal for the larger fish..
Guppies and mollies have babies almost every few months.
you did mean guppies not puppies right ?

So far, so good. Set up a small tank for the guplets (?), 2-5 gallons, and carefully move them using a small glass or plastic container.

I am not a vet, however I have had several animals give birth. The best thing to do is to leave her alone but keep an eye on her. You will see that she knows what to do, you may have to help pull a pup if it seems stuck. Good luck RELAX!!

I would call a 24/hour vet surgery! I dont think you should touch her. Let her give birth and keep an eye on whether she is attending to all her pup properly. Good luck!
