There should be a spelling test to see if you can vote first because you would probably fail that miserably.

...better than having a candidate selected by someone who is illiterate.
It's BARACK OBAMA
HILLARY CLINTON
"BIGOT"
"vote" not "vate", "because" not "becouse", "feel" not "feal", there is an "e" at the end of "determine", New York should be capitalized, you missed some apostrophes and the entire think is a run-on sentence.
You should look into whichever candidate offers the best to educational reform.
And now, to answer your question:
Voting tests to determine who, if anyone, is informed enough to vote in elections. My dear, let me explain something to you about the freedom that this country offers it's people. The laws of the USA allow the voices of nearly everyone to be heard.
I cannot recall if ALL or SOME convicted felons have their vote taken away, but most people over a certain age (the age of 18, where you are expected to inform yourself and not simply absorb what a teacher spoonfeeds the class) are allowed and encouraged to vote in elections.
This allows for people of all types, including feminists and racists. Even if you don't agree with what they stand for, they have every bit as much of a right to choose as you do.
Well...choose being a term used loosely...the Electoral College buggers that right up for us...*sigh*...
If either Obama or Clinton are elected, you're right - they WILL have been elected by bigots AND feminists. AND businessmen. AND drug addicts. AND housewives. AND lawyers. AND doctors. AND janitors. AND cancer patients. AND rednecks. AND hippies...

Hopefully you will not be voting because it is clear that you are illiterate and have no sense of what voting is or what it means. If you are attempting to present a logical opinion and you wish to be taken seriously, you should seriously consider working on spelling and grammar. EVERYONE over 18 has the right to vote, regardless of their level of intelligence or the reasons they have for voting for someone. That's what makes America what it is: an inherently free country....By the way, Barrack may techinically be black and Hillary may technically be a woman, but we all know that he isn't REALLY black and she isn't REALLY a woman.
P.S. I just realized this thing has a spellcheck...USE IT

Brilliant. Voting tests. Perhaps these tests would involve one question
"Will you vote republican?" - answer yes, you win! You get your vote. Answer no, and of course you are not 'educated' enough to vote and must be re-educated.
Votes are for everyone. Everyone gets their say. If a racist candidate gets in, that means the nation is racist. It is representative of the people - it doesn't mean the people are nice.

I think doing away with television ads for candidates would be a fine start.
And look into the history of voting rights for African Americans before you start advocating testing for voters.

Hillary is going to shamelessly campaign with Bill in EVERY state she is liable to polarize, meaning it could go either way. This country is stupid enough to vote for her thinking they're putting Bill back in but you watch, you'll hear a thousand times on how it's not going to be a "co presidency".
that is also the only way she'll beat the electoral college.
