I was four and a half months. We have a tempur-pedic so my belly molded really nice on that matress. Now that I am six months pregnant I still sleep kind of on my stomach, I just put it a little to the side with a long pillow between my legs that reach all the way up to under my belly and it's very comfy. I love sleeping on my stomach, I miss it a LOT!

After about 3 months i had to sleep on my sides because stomach was also uncomfortable. I got a really weird feeling when I would lay on my back. I just switched sides the rest of my pregnancy

I am 13 weeks and have a Tempurpedic mattress too. I still sleep on my stomach for the most part, but I'm contorted onto my side a bit with the help of husband and pillows. I don't think I could do it as comfortably with a regular mattress. It's the only way I can get any sleep.

I'm still sleeping on my stomach and I'm 30 weeks along...
Most of the time, I'll have a pillow under the left or right side of my stomach, so that not all of my weight is on the baby, and it's completely comfortable. If only I could sleep comfortably on my back!! :)

I never slept on my stomach before or after I got pregnant. But at about 7 months along I quit sleeping all together. No position was comfortable for me.

I would have to say at 5 weeks of pregnant only because I had morning sickness for 6 weeks and any pressure on my stomach would make me vomit. After it went away, around 12-13 weeks I would wake up a couple times a night finding myself on my stomach...waking up because of the achiness in my belly...I would just turn on my side when that happened. Good Luck!

I am 13 weeks pregnant and sleeping on my stomach has felt uncomfortable for about the last 2 weeks for me. I know it varies for different people.

I'm 9 weeks along and it's already starting to get uncomfortable. I feel pretty heavy in my uterus when on my tummy. With my first pregnancy I didn't experience this until about 12 weeks.

I slept on my stomach up until I was about 5 or 6 months. I always carried my baby's more towards the back though, so it was more comfortable longer.
