So many women complain because they can't have one at all.
You complain because you do, I don't understand.

I don't think you can do much to prolong your orgasm. Because orgasm is an involuntary and reflex reaction that happens automatically. But you can have a second orgasm, provided that you get a few minutes break from clitoral stimulation before continuing on with the intercourse.
Women have a refractory time period after an orgasm. And during this time clitoral stimulation may be uncomfortable. But this last only for a short time. And then clitoral stimulation becomes pleasant again.
Ask your husband to give you a couple minutes break. And when he resumes his activity. Then he'll probably make you orgasm again.

Do you mean during foreplay you orgasm? Try to do what guys do and think of something that turns you off until you want to be turned on. Or change what you are doing before you have sex so you don't explode prematurely.
But we women are capable of having multiple orgasms so you should enjoy each and every one. Be happy that your husband turns you on so much.

i have read somewhere that the key to achieve orgasm is through relaxation. when the body is at its natural state, receiving pleasure is absorbed more by the body, thus heaven.
before making love, try lighting a lavender or chamomile scented candle to relax your mind. It also helps to drink tea and wash yourself down with these herb infused bath gels.
free your mind with expectations and lessen your apprehension. Just enjoy the moment.

Women are multi-orgasmic and having one or more before intercourse is better (makes penetration easier).
That's how I have always done it.
You can have orgasms before and after intercourse. Don't be frustrated - it's the norm.

Women are capable of multiple orgasms, whereas men can only have one within a certain time frame.
Enjoy it - it's not like it's going to be your only one.

Why would you want to? You can always orgasm again during intercourse.
If not, then try to skip the foreplay and go straight into having intercourse.

Women can have more than just one orgasm, we're not like men. Once they have theirs, its over with for awhile. Just tell your honey, that he excites you so much that you want more of him. His ego will do the rest.
