djust the contrast and brightness to maximum but nothing happens. I have done research about Catode Ray Tube and it tells about something screwing at the back of the flyback transformer. Does anyone have the same problem like this?

I would really not recommend adjusting the controls on the flyback unless you know what you are doing. The 25,000 volts that the flyback transformer produces is well contained, but there is about 1,000 volts on exposed circuits.

Even if you were to adjust the G2 setting, assuming it is a pot on the flyback and not controlled by the microcontroller on the board, you would probably throw out the cut and gain settings which you will not be able to adjust.

You need to go shopping for a new monitor.
