Um, doubling her life insurance is not going to make her love you. I think you need to make a change. Maybe show more affection and love. Maybe do something you guys did in the past that made you two get married.
Going off topic here, you should read your life insurance policy and find out what type of life insurance is it. If it builds cash value, you might want to replace it with term insurance and invest the difference (unless you want to waste money). Maybe you should ask yourself if your wife has already doubled your life insurance. Personally if someone has pointed out that they no longer loved their spouse, I would just leave. What is the point in staying when they have already thrown in the towel? Move on, find yourself and your own happiness.

No, but you should definitely cancel yours....as many states, the spouse automatically is the beneficiary.
