I believe so yes. It is safer to have breast implants since the taboo on the process is less than before. This allows researchers and medical experts concerned to look for safer way to conduct the operation. This reasons out the escalating prices of facial and body enhancements.
Needless to say, this also causes faux processes to surface, as the need to earn money and the need to enhance ourselves at a fraction of the cost is at a all time high.

I'm not say, it is safer. All depend on women are safer or not. I never have breast implant in my life. I'm happy with my breast.

Safer now, yes. 1000% safe? NO.
I know many women who have had their implants taken out because they hated them for many reasons.
