Did they used to hang draw and quarter people 200 years ago just for stealing a loaf of bread?
My guess is that with the namby pamby pc brigrade his human rights (what a ****ing joke) means he will poberly get a 6 month asbo not to shoot anyone again or he will be facing a jail sentence.
I,m pretty sure he is not quaking in his boots, I can understand why no one is coming forward to grass this scumbag up, Otherwise they will face the same fate.
I am seriously thinking of moving abroad because as far as i am concerned the country has gone to the dogs and were all going to hell in a handcart.
Land of hope and gory?

Life! meaning Life.
In all probability the sentence will be between 4 & 7 years with Good Behaviour Parole (max 3 years).

I'm pretty sure the killer was some little bastard trying to look hard, and although it's a bit a waste of a life, he should be imprisoned till the day he dies. He probably would have just kept on killing, it's not like anyone's going to miss him. There's no excuse for killing an innocent kid like that, just shows how backward England is going. Rhys' parents must be going through unimaginable pain - guns shouldn't be given to kids, because stuff like this happens..Although, I don't think the death penalty should be bought back, I think that it's worse to rot in jail with the memory and shame of what you did. I hope that kid is ready.

I am a believer of tougher sentencing .. if you take a life then that means life regardless of age ...
No doubt he will get 6 to 8 years and be out in 5 for model behaviour

Don't you mean "if"? All the "respectable citizens" don't seems to be assisting the police to look for the killer.
If/when they catch the killer, the sentence should be life (when I said life, I do not mean in 5, 10 or 15 years and get off for good behaviour. Check the dictionery on what "life" means) and no parole. If the killer thinks he's old enough to do the crime, he should be old enough to handle the punishment.

my opinion Rio de Janeiro's legendary Maracana Stadium. It was built to host the 1950 World Cup final when 200,000 people watched Brazil take on Uruguay
i think we should fill this stadium with mothers and fathers of children who have been killed through no fault of there own and mothers and fathers out there with children they are trying to protect from this place we call home....
they should all take a seat and watch the bastard who done this walk out and prepare for the beating of a lifetime ]
a life for a life the stupid person who done this does not deserve to go to our jails and be looked after with our tax paying public why should i pay to feed and keep him ............
i say torture is what he deserves a slow painfull death a bone at a time

At least 20 years served. Then to come out of prison without a new identity and a home in the sun to face society.

Life. Cold blooded murder should get life in prison. In the UK, life in prison is about 10 years to I'll just clarify. When convicted, the criminal should enter prison and die of old age in prison. To blow an 11 year old's brains out is the action of an inherently, violent, mindless killer. They should never walk free again. A young life has been taken - why the hell should the killer go to lead his own life out in the community. Of course we all know that in the UK - the killer will walk free in about 6 years.

BRING BACK THE DEATH PENALTY
One thing from the States we should copy - Theres too many kids dying needlessly. Killers know theres no deterent so whats to stop em. Except as been said before they get a new identity and a place in the sun. now theres an incentive.
Why are guns so apparently easy to get hold of. ????????No one needs a gun nowadays do they unless its to kill with.

We should lock him up and throw away the key. But we all know that won't happen. The liberal establishment will ensure he does 5 years if he's really unlucky. Justice? A joke.
