You know, Lincoln did great things while in office. he will always be remembered as one of the greatest presidents in American history. He was also a republican. I respect what he did. Now, in Bush's regime, look what has happened. War, a degrade in the economy.....he practically drools when he speaks. If another republican gets into the White House in 2008, what will they do? If they are decent and compassionate, and cares about the people, then yes, they will have my respect. If they are like Bush, they will not. Respect just can't be handed out like candy. You have to work for it and earn it, and make sure you can keep it. The Bush administration has not done that.

Maybe.Respect needs to be earned.Bush doesn't deserve respect after the joke he mad out of the white house.
In the Bush administration "the negation of truth is so systematic. Dishonest accounting, willful scientific illiteracy, bowdlerized federal fact sheets, payola paid to putative journalists, 'news' networks run by right-wing apparatchiks, think tanks devoted to propaganda rather than thought, the purging of intelligence gatherers and experts throughout the bureaucracy whose findings might refute the party line -- this is the machinery of mendacity...The point here is not the hypocrisy involved, though that is egregious. The point is the downgrading of truth and honesty from principles with universal meaning to partisan weapons to be sheathed or drawn as necessary. No wonder the Bush administration feels no compunction to honor the truth or seek it; it conceives truth as a tactic, valuable only insofar as it is useful against one's enemies

You reported, "i might see no longer assisting the conflict, this is comprehensible, whether why might you no longer help the people battling and dropping their lives over there?" i think the disadvantage is that the people who don't help the troops won't be able to see the better image and are not waiting to chop up the adult adult males and ladies battling the conflict from the coverage regulations that presented the conflict. i think, for people who might get the people with the alerts saying "do no longer help the troops" to have self assurance approximately the people and no longer the insurance, you may detect that extra people help the troops than do no longer.

If he or she is deserving of respect, sure.
If he or she spouts nonsense about being a "Uniter not a Divider" and then proceeds to run one of the most divisive and corrupt administrations in recent history...
no.
