Well not the applicaotr but it has to inside for like 30 seconds.I don't see a prob with them my sister-in-law refuses to let my niece try one because she says she doesnt want her to get curious and say oh well I wonder what else feels like this? And why do some say it's not good for an unmarried woman there is a HUGE difference!

I don't know I have heard people say things about tampons. Like don't use them till after you are married and all that.....I don't see what the big deal is. Those regular tampons are tiny.I don't see what damage they could do. Never understood it plus during that time of month with cramps and all....who is thinking about anything other then cramps.....ugh

i dont know who likes to leave in the applicator for 30 seconds, but ok.. 30 seconds seems like you are playing with yourself. it only takes me maybe 3-4 seconds to have the tampon in place, and sexual intercourse usually applies to genital to genital contact. not plastic applicator tampon contact. that is rediculous. if somebody thinks women who arent married shouldnt use tampons what about unmarried females who go to the gynocologist? are they supposed to tell the doctor - 'no you cant do your exam or use your speculum since i am a virgin'

lmao.

besides, who cares, if you have never played with yourself you are either abnormal or you are lying. its part of growing up and learning about you body and being comfortable with yourself sexually. adolescents find this the most difficult part of life and should have better sex education from parents and teachers. and i dont mean 'abstinence only' education but SAFE sex education. kids are going to have sex and masturbate if they want to. probably not with a tampon, but it is our job to keep them safe instead of just keeing them in a box.

I had never heard that but sex is nothing like a tampon. If it were I don't think that there would be near as many sexually transmitted diseases or people (strait or otherwise) paying for male hookers.

i can understand if it was like a SUPER absorbent one that can absorb a gallon or something,...(which dont even exist)

if she sticks to the right size(according to her flow) it shouldn't effect anything or have her be curious
also tampons are designed to fit nicely inside....
if her daughter is a virgin, she shouldnt even be able to feel it
regardless of size.....as long as its positioned right

.
