A table with just a score and frequency column. I can't remember how...it was something like score times frequency...something total...

Multiply each score by its frequency. Make a third column containing each score x freq. Add up the numbers in that third column. Add up the frequency numbers. Divide the grand total of the third column by the grand total of the frequencies. That's your mean score.

add them all up and then divide the total by the number of numbers there r in the list

summation(fi*xi)/summation(fi)
where fi is the frequency of the ith item, xi is the item itself
