boys: i'm very aware, of it because....jib is right, people need to pass exam before start using a computers.. but wantch me now i';m going to ask this question.

True.

More and more people are saying that people should have to pass a test and become licensed before they are allowed to put a computer on the public internet. Others are saying that children under the age should of 16, be denied internet access, they are naive, they are just not qualified and they are just too immature; not to mention gullible.

I am starting to agree with them!

P.T. Barnum once said, "There's a sucker born every minute". He was right. You have all manner of IQ's out there that span the spectrum. Even smarter people that might even be looking for something fishy are still at risk. Complacency and laziness (as in you asking for an answer to your homework) are major reasons.
