It would require infinite energy to propel a spacecraft at the speed of light (because it has mass). However if you closely approached the speed of light (perhaps 90%) the light would leave the headlamps at the speed of light, c, and not faster or slower. The spaceship (and occupants) would be foreshortened in the direction of motion and would be unaware of anything out of the ordinary (unless they hit something!).

First of all, that radio answer is ridiculous... how would pilots flying at Mach 1 communicate if sound stopped?
Second, technically you couldn't travel at the speed of light, but that aside, the headlamps would look normal. This is because at any speed, the speed of light is a constant for the observer. This is due to time dilation, where the faster you travel, time technically slows down, so relative to you, light still travels the same speed.

You would see the head lights turn on as you would when you're going 30 mph. The speed of light is measured as the same speed to every observer so no matter what speed you're traveling light will behave the same.

nothing you cannot see light otherwise you would see nothing at all bar light, space is a vacuum and thus you don't have particals in the atmosphere like on earth to reflect the light.

Since it is all relative,YOU would see the beams as normal,a n outside observer, relative to the craft, would see an entirely different spectacle

Just as you wouldnt hear the radio if you switched it on travelling at the speed of sound!
