first you need a software to create HTML files like FRONT PAGE . after creating your file you need a space or site in Internet , you have to buy it but some companies give free spaces , if you have office 2007 you can get one for free but they have limits like 100 MB or more . then you have to upload your file in your website (the space you have bought )
