Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

My "philosophy of life" is to (try and try again) to realise
that i make mistakes;Most of which i should learn-from.
This is so tough that i wonder just how many other people
try the same method.
It was even tough to learn(which rather means that there
is even a comcomitant better way!); It makes me highly
critical of other's views; but with the proviso that i hesitate
(hence another "better way"!)- this, amoungst other things,
is the good barrier which "softens" and blunts my bad
criticism so-to-speak; And vice versa,this so-tough method
that i use can and does open-up some others closed and
tenacious views- mistakenly held ones.
I usually say that they are mistaken,"Darwinian" ideas;
in full aware-ness that this is not strictly true. What i (usually
but not always)have in mind is that our education-mine and
yours-is a continuation of that same-type-of-education,that
is mass universal education, which started recently-as
recently as the begining of the last century!
This,as you know, was 50-60 years after that monumental
work and insight by charles Darwin.
I believe our education and our lives, both in the home and
at work, are still being "shaped" by this.
(And in saying this now,i wish to say that its certainly not all
bad; its just that the so-called bad bits can open up new
"vistas" or areas-of-research; So all you youngsters,if any
of you are still reading this- get busy, learn, and possibly
make that wonderful breakthough to a new insight on the
fair world of the adults!).

My philosophy of life is to take each day one moment at a time, in order to extract simple joy from such things as a friendly greeting, a shared laugh, a smile in passing, time spent with people who are happy to be around me; and to have hope and faith that each day will bring more opportunities to rejoice, and to grow and learn to open my heart a little more every day.

Rejoice in the day. Try to make your ends meet before they move the ends. Treasure your family. Treat your good friends like family. Insert some love and laughter into every day. Take compliments, you deserve them. Give compliments, others deserve them. Take life for the banquet it is, grab a big spoon and dig in. Blessings on you.

Praise and worship God in everything we do. Easier said than done, He knows, but speak of His love, mercy, and faithfulness when you can't uphold your part of the covenant. Cherish the blessings He's given us, use them to grow closer to Him. Show others His love so that they may grow to know Him, share the knowledge and freedom of His most precious gifts, life, love, salvation, and eternal life. God loves us, life is His gift. Our opportunity.

To be the best in me and share my happiness to others and value my life as it is the most precious gift i have from God. To shout to the world how important life is and to make the most of their lives. For after all, there is only one life to live.
Have a nice day!

life is a journey not a destination....leave the past behind for that is where it belongs, do not worry about the future because that is yet to come, live in the present, make it so good that its worth remembering in the future......

Accept others for who they are. Treat their beliefs with respect. Treat their views as being valid for them.
If you are lucky they will treat you the same.

Leave others in peace, and respect your environment (not just the natural one, but the one around you wherever you are).
