It's perfectly fine. It may even feel really good. If you have cramps it can help ease them. (It does for me, and I know a few other people who also agree) If you have already stated your period just grab a towel so you don't get blood on the sheets. Also take extra care and remember to wash any toys you may use extra good. Have Fun!!
