This is the situation:

1. I have been single for two months now and the ex is obsessed with getting me back, he even proposed.

2. I dated a guy 4 years ago, who left me high and dry when he went overseas. He is constantly making me feel bad about myself and at the same time telling me he loves me.

3. I am in love with the person referred to in point 2's best friend and I'm almost sure he feels the same. All these situations are very difficult and are putting strain on the one relationship I wish to build. I am afraid that he might lose interest.

What do I do in each instance and how do I prove that I'm worth the wait?

1. I DON'T HAVE A 'KIDDO'....!!?

All the above has happend over a period of many years, I did not date all of them at once! Guy nr. 3 is caring, sweet and mature, which is what I want and need in my life.

1. Tell him that its not going to happen, I wish you never would of had a kiddo with this guy, now your dealing with whats none as FALL-OUT which is something your FORCED to deal with because of the kiddo.

2. Be honest with him and call him on the fact that LOL he doesn't know HOW to love you, so him saying he loves you, is like hitler saying he love'd all his flings, that mysteriously killed themselves for him.....

3. I'd stay away from him to becasue quite frankly your not to entirly sure what a geniune deep relationship entitles, which has NOTHING to do with HAVING love, and everything to do with HOW you use that love.... two strikes out already, you sure this want be number 3? And also are you sure your the one to make that call? No offense, were all a bit lost on this subject and I'm just here trying to be a friend, which doesn't mean you hear what you want to hear....
