My husband and I have wroked hard in the past year to clear up his bad credit. We managed to pay off 10 of his delinquent credit items, and only one remains. We have a couple of high interest credit cards that are current that we would like to pay off and also, I lost my job about 3 months ago, and we got behind on rent. I am working again, but we would like to be able to catch up on rent and pay off some other bills. We also need a second car. To get to the point, we would like to borrow $10000 to get caught up on rent, pay off the credit cards, pay off a personal loan of $1700 to our bank, and buy a second car. Does anyone know of any lenders that will lend to a person with bad credit? Any suggestions would be helpful. And please don't preach, we were young when we got ourselves in trouble and have learned our lesson. We are just trying to give our two children a home and a great life. Thank you for and suggestions.

I'm not preaching, but I'm working for lending industry for last 11 years, and I know, that to get personnel loan in your situation is impossible, so maybe you should consider to move to a cheaper place, or talk to your landlord to prorate your rent, you will pay him more every month and you probably will need to save cash for another car and buy what you can afford, consider to get a second job it will improve your situation. Good Luck!

Today the lenders have started offering nearly all varieties of loans for people with poor credit record. They are also introducing many new loan products meant for this group. Now people with poor credit can get the same choices as those with the good or mediocre credit. Today you can use bad credit personal loans for many purposes like car purchase, vacation or even debt consolidation.

People with poor credit feel that it is difficult to get personal loans. However, there are many financial companies and banks that provide loans to bad credit applicants. Bad credit personal loans are generally soughtThe interest rates on secured loans are lower than unsecured loans. However, there is always the risk of losing your house or property if the loan is not repaid.

I dont think it wold be worth it...you would take out a 10k loan to pay off all your other bills, but since u have bad cedit the 10k will be a higher intrest loan. For a little extra cash try sell off some of your junk you dont need on ebay and use the extra money to get rid of that last CC.

you say you owe the bank 1700 and i hope that you have not missed any payments cause there could be your answer = banks can be great friends if you are a good payer!!! my first stop would be there and tell him you would like two loans one to do what you said and the other to buy a used car -- if you can get the first the car will act as security for the second -- also i might suggest to show good faith you are willing to down size your life style and get rid of any items you can live with out such as cell phones cable tv etc!!! good luck!!!

You should apply through your bank or other local finance company. You will need to be extra vigilant not to be taken advantage of. Read and understand all the small print. Keep in mind that with your credit history you may end up paying higher interest rates anyhow if you can find someone who will lend you the money.

There are plenty of places that offer loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.
Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.
