I'm sorry for being rude but, why copy when you could go on and practice your talents with still lifes and life drawing classes?
To a less harsher side, I'm guessing your starting to draw with anime/manga? If there were more details in the picture, you could've put them in to make the picture look better. Like shading and the background. It's good for a beginner, and I'm hoping you keep on improving. The anatomy of the hands and feet could be a little better, cause they are small. And the clothing and folds need a little more work, but this is a very good drawing, for the anime style. Keep on drawing! :D

get a book on gustav klimt, and copy some of hi sketches. if you want to be a serious artist then you should get of the cartoons, but if it's just a hobby then it looks great.

the hands are somewhat out of proportion, the face angle seems a bit skewed, and the entire pose seems stiff and awkward. it doesn't feel natural. that is all.
