Try Trac Fone it is a pay as you go type service. You can buy minutes online from $9.99 to $149.00 and the activation service is included with each minutes card you purchase. For a twenty dollar bill you can get a new phone and a ten minute card with activation, what a deal !

Virgin mobile....you don't have to pay for features, plus there's not network service charge. And rates are lite 3 cents a minute...
