Right off the bat
. blinking is VERY annoying
. more print/background contrast - I can hardly see "Lawn Cutting & Treatment Service", and "Treatment" is a purdy vague term anyway
. click HERE???? where is HERE? (I clicked on it and...nada! What will someone with a screen reader get?)
. Forename ... surname ... bleah -- gimme a more conventional form! First name, Last name
. Why not benefit from your lawn as well as cut it? A VERY awkward wording! Start with, "We'll do all the work so you can enjoy your lawn!"
. "SMTP server not yet active" doesn't mean much to YOUR audience!

it is to green all the site.
It is better to add another color up, where is the menu.
