Take a look at the rankings of top management programs (e.g., Business Week or US News). You will find that every one is an MBA. Ten years ago there was one school on the list that wasn't an MBA (Yale) -- but they changed the degree to an MBA.

It is possible that you will get as good an education with the other degree -- but you won't get as good a job.

This assumes that you can get an MBA from a ranked school.
