If somone brings up a point that i have not thought of before, i change my mind. I dont see that as being a sheep though.
Are you strong willed or are you stubborn? In order to see the whole picture, you have to be able to view someone else's side.

Sometimes I let the other person decide but only if:
1.) I've been too bossy and it's their turn to lead.
2.) They have better ideas.
3.) I don't want to hurt their feelings.
When I don't want to hurt their feelings but their 'suggestion' is a bit stupid then I try and alter their suggestion but keep to their basic structure.
I usually try and be fair, but like to make up my own mind(my horoscope said that's baaad)

I follow the rule of reasoning. At times when reasoning is equally good on both sides I let my heart rule my mind & before doing so I promise myself never to repent later even if the decision is wrong.

I'm not easily swayed. When I make my mind up, I usually don't back down. I used to be swayed by others, then regretted it afterwards, but no more.

I always make up my own mind. Even if I know deep down I'm going to fail, I want to try it my own way and I'll never let anyone tell what I can or cannot do.

The only time I back down is when my boss makes me. He is just a tad bit stronger willed than me

Not very easily - at this point in my life I have arrived to my beliefs and values through lots of trials and testing. On some things - I will not budge. I have earned that.

No way.... if someone wanted me to believe their words they would have to have concrete evidence for me to see, besides once i make up my mind i stick to it i believe in heart and if it tells me so... i go with it no matter how much others try to sway me.

I look at all possible options before making up my mind. Therefore, if someone tries to get me to change my mind, they had better present me with some very logical arguments.
