Sweetheart, know yourself and recognise the put downs for what they are......people who arent intelligent enough to understand you or who are jealous of what they see you becoming.
there is no need to make yourself feel fabulous, we all know that you already are. xx

Convincing yourself that a wrongful act is OK, is just rationalizing and denial that the deed was wrong in the first place. Unfortunately, I think there are a great number of people who do this on a regular basis. For me, it's sneaking the rest of the ice cream and telling myself my husband won't notice that it disappeared. What a joke! I can be so delusional!

keep practising...soon it will become second nature...who cares what others think so long as YOU feel good about yourself...yes, it's a long hard and continuous journey but every journey begins with the 1st step...and before you know it, you've reached your destination!
Every morning, tell yourself that you're fab! Esp, when you don't feel like it because more than what others may say or do to put you down, the internal dialogue you have with yourself is the the most powerful, get that on the positive track...everything else falls into place or falls away!
:-)
Now, follow me: Head up high...and a mighty strut....

Knowing there is only one of you...you are unique in every way chosen from birth to be here, to love yourself regardless of what flaws you may think you have and go out there in the world and shine your light don't hide it under a bushell, you will become insignificant, and your not....always keep a positive mind be who you are you need no permission from anyone else to feel good or love yourself...allow yourself to just be.....

I try to look as beautiful as possible; take a shower, put some make up, perfume and the best of my clothes on, take a look at the mirror and ease my fears and worries, as I see it smiling back on me. People's obsession with beauty today has turned the latter into my secret weapon. ;)

by not conforming to the norm and going with the flow of things - by going against the grain, and doing the opposite of whats expected i make myself and my work more interesting -and being confident enough to do do it and be a little more extrovert...
