It depends on what you're more interested in. Intro to Psych is going to be a class more about how the mind works and why people think the things they do. Philosophy would be more talking about peoples' outlooks on life and how they imagine something should be done through a pattern or certain way that makes sense to them.

Both sound like fun to me. :]

It actually depends on your interests and the instructor that you have. I had a psychology course and a philosophy course and I really truly thought that philosophy would be boring. But it turned out interesting because it taught me how to compose good arguments by proving to someone else that they were wrong but in a tasteful way, and it exposed me to people's thought patterns. It was interesting for me to be able to hear other's views, opinions, and beliefs. And I loved defending my arguments.. Psychology class was ok to me but I really enjoyed forensic psychology much more. That was interesting.

Take the psych course. I think it's much more interesting than philosophy.

They are both valuable courses. They'll stretch your mind in different ways.
My intro to philosophy course taught me to be a better writer.
