you are almost asking for an impossible task. how can something be trendy and classy at the same time? typically, trends aren't classy because classy things are usually timeless. trends by definition are very time specific. by requesting a trendy name, you are intentionally seeking a name that will soon be very outdated (again, the definition of a trend). this is a name that your child will live with for 80 yrs. perhaps they don't want a name that is the equivalent of a polyester leisure suit. leave trendy, cutesy names for pets.
here are some classy names that have stood the test of time:
renee
reese
bridget
barbara

I agree with Shauna. Trendy and classy are basically opposites. Since I despise "trendy" names on people, I'll give you some names I consider uncommon and classy:
Bronwen
Bethany
Bianca
Blanca
Bridget
Blair
Rosemary / Rosemarie
Rhiannan
Rhea
Ruth
Ruby
Rita
Rowena
Good luck!

We have been considering the name Brynn for our baby girl. It, to me, is modern, unique and classy.
Good luck to you!
