Globalization is the production process being carried out on a world stage rather than a notional or local one. With cars, motors manufactured in Japan, gear boxes in Germany, differential and breaks in USA and body in Australia.

Lack of independence and increase on trade with other nations. You are in trouble if war breaks out. You loose skills and knowledge, other problems too. But I'm going to bed, It's 11:30 here and I'v god a busy day tomorrow.

It is seen negatively at this point because the only group that will benefit and profit from globalization will be the tiny 1% ultra-rich corporates while the rest of the 99% of the world's population will continue to get poorer.

Globalization in and of itself is not negative, but the current method of its implementation is, for the majority poor people.

If on the other hand governments, starting with the US since they are the most powerful and wealthiest in the world, gave all their citizens the basics of life; food, clothing, shelter and health care, the process of globalization would be a wonderful
thing for Everyone.
