I think usually love real true love is found right in front of you and usually with someone you've been friends with or known for a long time. It can happen in unexpected places too, but usually it's with someone you already know.

It can be both. In my case, when I left school I worked in a government office and there were only 6 women and about 40 men,several of whom were young very sexy and single. I went out with a few of them but eventually realised I really wanted the quiet,reserved,shy one who gave me a lift to work as he lived near me and was regarded. by the others as a bit of a nerd.He wasn't,he isn't , and we have been happily married for 44 years !

We found love in a IM message.... We called it "Love at first Write" (Rob's creation!)... and I have never felt this strongly for anybody in my life before...!
