i would just enjoy relaxing before he comes because you will be so tired and you wont have time to be bored.

I'm in the same boat!lol I'm 30 weeks and bored out of my mind!! My boyfriend takes my car to work so I can't even leave the house. I've crocheted a blanket for my baby but now I'm tired of that... I was thinking about doing some crafts. I was going to try and make some Christmas wreathes or something...I don't know. Good luck!

I'M NOT going to reel off a list like everyone else does i'm just gonna tell u what i did around that time.. i focused on things i normally wouldnt! which was i did alot of walking. To explain why is i read that this woman had had 5 kids the largest weighing a whopping 10lbs & she gave birth quite quickly too with no complications & not one stitch! She believed it was all down to walking everywhere which is the safest exercise to do while that far gone & that it keeps your vagina muscles in tone too! I did just that & walked; i walked to food stores to buy fresh fruits, charity shops to buy a book an so forth. now i believe that too as i hardly put any weight on even though i ate like a horse! & as for labour it went really well, as soon as i dilated 10cm it took me 10mins if that for my baby girl to be born, she weighed 7lb 9oz, i never tore & my belly went down back to normal really quick! shes 9wks old now & im glad i did all that exercise before she was born as ive not hardly do a thing since but its worth it! good luck!

have you got Owens room ready washed and ironed all his Little sleep suits? you could fill out a pregnancy diary? i had my son 6 weeks ago and i know how you feel, but we are so tired now and hardly have time to take a shower go to the shops. so make the most of the free time you have i know it seems like forever but it really isn't. it will be all over before you know it and you wont give a second thought to this time. hang in there in any case you have a maximum of 11 weeks left but that's all until you met Owen hope it all goes well xx

I remember this stage of pregnancy very well, and i to was also bored, i passed my time with visiting friends and family, writing a pregnancy diary of how i was feeling each day (now interesting to read back) i also went for long walks in the park and watch others with their kids and think that will be me soon. The 9 weeks will soon be over then you will meet your little man, good luck and take care xxx

Someone mentioned a pregnancy diary (sorry I forgot your name already), this is an awesome idea but I'm going to add a bit more to this idea, make a pregnancy scarpbook.

Collect all the things you have thus far from your pregnancy, love notes, photos of the hpt, ultrasounds, photos of your tummy etc. Take these and make photo copies and scans (always a good idea to have them backed up if they are important to you, maybe even out of the house). Go to a fabric shop and select your favourite pieces and ask for a sample, as you are making curtain right? (I'm trying to make this trifty, as you've probably spent enough already). Cut the pieces into shapes and paterns and glue them into a blank photo album. You can search for buttons (very cute), ribbons, bows, pressed flowers etc for decoration, around the house and in craft shops. I wouldn't go to a scarbooking class or shop as they are very very pricey.

Include a page about Owens name and how you chose it, what it means in different lanuages, who chose it first, what it makes you feel like.

Include some firsts, like first flutter, kick, hiccups.

A good idea is to go to a book store a look in some pregnancy memory books and write down your favorite ideas like "Some foods Mummy loved when you were in my belly were...." or "Some activities Daddy and Mummy loved to do when you were in my tummy were....." and use these in your pregnancy log. Make it fun and leave lots of room, or buy a book that you can add pages to, for up to 12 months.

Such fun, keeps your mind and hands busy, but wont wear you down.

:D

I know exactly how you feel, im 30 weeks im still working, going to try and go as long as possible!! I find swimming is a great way to relax and get out the house, my partner comes too and we just swim along chatting!! its a good way to spend quality time together before baby arrives!! It gives you a real energy boost too!!it is low impact so perfect for this stage of pregnancy!! plus it actually makes you feel weightless floating along the water!!

good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!

aww .. i was like this when i was expecting my first child. My friend told me to be patient and enjoy my freedom, because once the child arrives, its the end of all you know and the beginning of a very tough schedule of feeding, changing, sleeping. And guess what ... SHE was right

I understand its hard to be patient, but really i hope you can go out and enjoy your freedom - go do all the things you want to do, cos once that baby arrives, you wont have the opportunity or the time (or the energy!!)

Enjoy the peace now, while you have a chance. You have at least 19 years of noise and expense, trials and tribulations ahead. Visit relatives with 'just the one bag', stay out as long as you like. Eat what you like, watch telly without subtitles, read a book without having to read the same sentence twenty times, do a jigsaw without worrying about how many pieces, little one has eaten. Wear the same clothes all day without blotting off baby sick or breast milk. Just enjoy your pregnancy...

Go out and enjoy life while your still able, go to the movies with your man/ friends. Go for walks, spend clean the house, visit with friends. Just don't sit there (unless doctor's orders) Get out and have fun, in less than 10 weeks you will be tired and sleep deprived and not up to doing anything. And that goes for most of the next 18 years~!!!!!

i know how you feel when i was pregnant with my son i thought i would loose my mind during the last month and 3 wks. 3 wks because i was 3wks overdue. do activities with your friends and family and anything else you want because after the baby, unless you have a very supportive husband you will either be to tired or to busy to do anything you are interested in, and please sleep when baby sleeps, i was a first time mother and she was so cute i couldent quit watching her and before i knew it i was awake when she was and awake when she slept and it made me so sick with my migraines(because a major cause of them is not enough sleep)
