yes i have dreamt that i was dreaming in a dream i had. if that makes sense to you.

And then when you awaken the first time you find that you're merely dreaming about being awake and have to awaken for the second time to finally be awake
for real? Yes, those dreams within a dream can completely baffle you, to say the least. And it's like,
in order for you to leave the secondary dream you have to return to the primary one. It's all
weird beyond words.

Yes. I had a nightmare once when I was younger: I'd wake up, go down to breakfast and fall down the stairs which would cause me to wake up with a start again. Then I'd go towards the stairs for breakfast, fall again and jolt awake again - all within a dream. It was weird. when I woke up, I knew I'd really woken up because in the dream, the room was different and my clothes were different but I remember being really frightened because I knew it was a dream and I thought I might never really wake up.

Oh, is that when you dream you wake up or dream you are dreaming or telling someone about a dream? I have all kinds of stupid dreams.

Yeah, sort of, but the reverse. When I was young I used to dream that I had woken up, and I got in the shower, had breakfast, brushed my teeth... then I woke up. Sometimes it happened a few times before I actually woke up :S Kinda freaked me out! =oD
