Obviously the man is off the deep end: talented yet very sick. And either those closest to him don't care enough to help him or (more likely) they are sychophants, afraid to kill the goose that laid the golden egg.
Even so he's still a (relatively) young man, not yet 50 years old -time enough to rehabilitate his image - and it has been painful to watch his public disintegration.
So if you could personally advise Michael Jackson right now, what would you tell him?? And it doesn't have to be professional advice only; it could also be related to his personal life.

I'll be the first to defend him. The things that have been done to him are sick. Now the first molestation idk about but the second way for sure was a total lie. The kid and his family just wanted money. If i had to give him advice I would tell him to get his health up and help other artist prosper. I don't think he can do the moonwalk anymore. Also get rid of the kids and show him ways that he can be generous and know that he doesn't have to invite kids to his ranch.
But before I leave think about it he has been through alot. He's probably been depressed and has missed out on alot of things such as his childhood, he's been put down so may years he needs a break. So what if he doesn't act like a 40 year old he's just stuck in his childhood so instead of putting him down why don't we try to help him.

Alot of people are saying he should just go off by himself and keep a low profile. I don't think he should do that. Music is in his blood and is a huge part of his identity. I think he should get himself a good therpist in order to sort things out from his childhood. He should also start living like an adult, with adult companionship, whether it be with a woman or a man. He needs to forget the "I love little children" thing. He should also get himself a good doctor to make sure he's healthy since he surely doesn't look like it. Maybe he could reverse some of the bizarre plastic surgery he's had. If not, at least don't have any more. Then he should seriously get back to doing what he does best, and I'm talking about music here. Maybe he could even branch out and produce other people as well. These are the things I believe Michael Jackson should do going forward in his life.

I think you've hit the nail on the head--the people around him are sycophants who will do nothing to endanger their paychecks.
I think it's very sad to see how far Michael Jackson has fallen from his glory days. I would make sure I had another job lined up and then I'd tell him that I felt he needed to see a Psychiatrist. I think there are so many issues there that only a professional could unravel them.
But honestly, I think Michael would fire me and disregard my advice, because in his eyes, he is fine and as long as everyone tells him he is fine, he will not feel any need to change.

I would tell him that he can still care for the children of the world without having them sleep in his bed. Apparently his heart was in the right place but there is a thing called inappropriateness, and he has crossed that line. Mike needs to get his life together and start working on his music again.

I would tell him to not change a thing, it's not his fault that people are dumbasses for believing everything the media tells about him. He believes in justice, and someday justice will come to him and people will realize that he's not the horrible man that the media portrays him as and that he really is an awesome singer, and loving and caring person.
