Unless it is on the side of an operating table , YES you can get pregnant. If menstrual flow can leave your body through the cervix , then sperm can find the same path. So if you aren't ready to have a baby, then don't take chances. Use birth control.

Yeah one of my cousin had 2 pregnancies with theirs off to the side. And the other one had a tilt uterus and had 3 kids. the egg drops down into the follopian tube. Your cervix mostly has the job of holding the baby in. But like the other girl said she got pregnant.

Yes, you can. Since your cervix maybe more to one side than the other, will not effect your chances of becoming pregnant. However, it your uterus was a certain percentage " retrograde" or significantly tipped, that may make it more difficult to become pregnant. The key word is " may". Not necessarily a true indicator. yeah you can it is a little harder for some people but it is very very possible to fall pregnant with a cervix like that
