Get informed about what it says, particularly the right of jury nullification.
When you get questioned about jury service, tell them you believe in the Fully Informed Jury Association and particularly the right of a jury to nullify. They won't be able to get you out of there fast enough.

Just tell the judge you don't believe in the court system and can't promise to be fair.
Being called is not automatic, there is an small court hearing with the D.A. and the defense lawyer to decide if you stay or not.

You can attempt to give all sorts of excuses, but the only ones that are effective are the medical ones preventing you from serving.This of course would have to be in the form of a doctor's written documentation.

say that you heard about the matter in the news, or some other place, see if you can't find out some information about the issue from people then you can say you have a bias about the matter being heard.

to get out of jury duty ,you will have to have a realy good reasen otherwise you will have to do it ,like you had to goe to hospital,ut you will need proof ,if you havnt got any thing like that you will have to go.

You can simply refuse to show up,or if you do,then refuse to answer any questions,or you can simply tell them that you'd love to serve so that the (insert racist remark ) gets what they deserve,you're tired of ******* beating the system.They will hustle your butt out quick.
