Ahh!! Two-a-days!! Im also a junior and ours start at the begining of august. Here are some things you can do to prepare yourself: -go to every lifting session, camp, practice. ect., that your team has before hand -start running during your days off. this will up you become in better shape and gain more endurence. -start eating healthy....try and cut out fast food, and junk food. -start drinking lots of water, gatorade, ect.. cut out pop and energy drinks. you dont want to be dehidrated during practice. it sucks. -review any plays or assinements you may have. if you have a playbook, look over that. -workout/lift weights -relax. sometime after working out and running...whatever you do, try to rest up because it takes a lot of energy out of you. -above all, stay positive and motivated. it will a pay off for you and your team in the long run good luck
