Lots of easy answers to such a hard question, when you have to be the one to try to break the bad news, depending on how one is looking at it, and then turn it into something positive you will have few by your side until you do something that lots of others have to get on board with and the few that are with you more or less have to inspire you, but you to have to inspire them too and when you are feeling possibly defeated, frustrated, and overwhelmed yourself it can be kind of difficult to inspire the others with you and also yourself to just hang on even if you honestly believe that everything is going to be okay eventually, does that make sense?

som guy said this quote i think it was John C Maxwell
it kindof goes
"unless you see in a man for what he could be instead of what he currently is, then your already doing him a disservice"
so in other words, see in people what they are capable of being as though they are already there..
here is a trick, trust me i want you to try this to a friend,,
next time you see one of your friends (not a close friend but one you would like to get along with more, imagine that your talking to a future star, imagine that he/she is going to be a celebrity.
how do you treat a celebrity? well often with more attention and appreciation than a 'normal' person.
Go on do it,, but dont tell them and watch how they will start to be inspired (but you have to find an honest way of doing it, focuses on what they are already interested in and good at.
actually i might try this again myself. everybody loves to be loved.
DO IT...Do IT!!

The time may have come for people to be dead scared and act fast rather than wait to be inspired. We are unfortunately motivated better by fear than by any hope of rewards.

Point out their good qualities, ppl tend to put themself down a lot and to have someone praise them a bit can really boost their confidance and that will open doors to creativity and imagination.

Become a paramedic. You'll then be in charge of the respirator and be able to inspire others.
