Cost should be around $10-$12 with tip. As mentioned before don't let them take the freeway.

If there is only two of you try taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel (about $15 with tip for two) then when returning to the airport take a taxi back to the airport. Taxi is faster going back than the shuttle.

Good luck

It should NOT be more than $20 including a tip. Probably more like $15 or so. Don't let them use the freeway, it'll take twice as long an increase your fare. They should go from the airport, down Swenson, over to Paradise, Left on Flamingo, then Right on Koval Lane to the back of Imperial Palace. If you ever have any problems with a taxi in Las Vegas, contact the Nevada Taxicab Authority and report it. Always get the cab number and company name to report the incident. They are in huge numbers and writing on the cabs. The number to report an incident is(702) 668-4000 or http://www.taxi.state.nv.us.

Drop for 1st 1/11th mile $3.20

Each additional 1/11th mile (Includes $.20 per mile Fuel Surcharge) $.20
Waiting time per hour $22.00
McCarran Airport fee per pick-up $1.20

Imperial Palace
$3.20 Drop Fee 4.8 Miles $1.20 Airport Fee $14.96 Fare
Plus tip.

http://taxi.state.nv.us/FaresFees.htm will tell the fares to just about anywhere in Las Vegas from the airport. Good Luck!

I would expect to pay around $20 to $25 for a taxi to or from the airport to the Imperial Palace.

Shuttle services are about $20 per person and are only slightly slower than a taxi cab.

Dude, Just take the shuttle bus. That's what I always take and I think it's just fine. It doesn't take long at all and they drop you off right at the entrance of the hotel you are staying at. I think it's $10 per person round trip.
