Some people ( like your neighbors) are so ignorant and mean that it makes me sick. Im sorry to hear how these people are treating you, but Im glad you realize that its them who have the problem and not you. You could try and kill em with kindness...invite them over for a cookout or wave and smile and say hello, but that probably wont work for these idiots so if you have already went that route then I say, absolutely call the police if they are being extremely loud. You have a right to live in peace just as much as they do, so dont put up with these people. If you have tried to be neighborly and its not working then you have every right to call the police. Either they will not want the cops called back and they will stop being jerks or they will be even bigger jerks and keep doing what they are doing, and if so then you just keep calling and hopefully they will get tired of the cops being called and they will stop or better yet, move. Good Luck!

Yes, I've had that problem.
I was handed a white business card that said one side,
"We are watching you."
On the reverse side it read, "K.K.K."
I telephoned the police and signed a complaint.
I telephone the police a week later after hearing someone in my garage, found that card again, and signed a complaint.
I telephoned the police a couple nights after that to report I'd
locked a prowler inside my garage, signed a complaint, and
saw the previous card giver get transported for jail booking.
It went to court. He had about 500 of those cards on his person upon arrest and they helped put him in jail for a year minus time served in jail awaiting trial. I never got another
card from him or the K.K.K.
Point is, you use the police at every opportuniuty to lay a paper trail that can be introduced later in court to show
patterned behavior; it helps keep criminals locked up.

Call the police every time about the noise you have rights!
As others here have said if you feel threatened by them keep a record of their behaviour!
Secretly videoing what they do is the best way so you have proof you can show to the police!
None of us can choose our neighbours!
Don't let these awful people get you down!
Best wishes...

You need to give them the impression that it doesn't bother you, and they are not making any changes to your daily routine, just look on, never react, do not give them the attention they want. Avoid them at all costs obviously but just carry on how you were. Definitely call the Police, anything such as this related to Racism will be sorted out promptly, im sure.
And remember, bad things like these never go on forever, it WILL stop soon, I promise.

Why would they all of a sudden start doing this? It doesn't make sense if they were nice before and now not so much. Usually people don't just wake up one day and say "hey I think I am going to be a racist from now on". So did something else happen that might be causing this?

If they used to be nice but turned, it sounds like maybe someone has been spreading rumors or gossiping. The best ting to do is ignore them. But if you really do feel at threat then report them to the police before it is too late and you end up not leaving the house.

That is so mean. Write a letter to the government or get the police. These sort of people don't deserve justice.

Keep a log of everything they do. Write down dates, times and what occured. Then if anything more serious happens in the future, you have a full record.
Also, due to noise restriction laws, if they are making excessive noise between 11pm and 7am, they are breaking the law and you can call the police.

Call Jerry Springer! Yep, sounds like you got some hardcore white trash living near you. Buy them a six pack of Meister Brau and a case of spam and they'll love you forever.

Since you used to be friends why not talk to them and find out what has occurred that they are acting like they are toward you. I would try to talk to the person nearest my age to get a good answer and also do it one on one as in groups racists are bullies and have no good reasons for anything but alone you may find out the cause. Good luck.
