Soak your feet in a foot tub with Listerine and warm water. Gently wash them with antibacterial soap and dry well between your toes. Get a good antifungal cream and power. Do this everyday and change your socks each day. Get new tennis shoes and switch up pairs each day. Takes a day for shoes to dry out after wearing them.

Tinactin & several other ointments are expensive and you have to apply quite often.. I found that iodine between the toes is a bit "colourful" but very effective.

see a podatrist or dermatologist if the skin issue is beyond the foot.

well, if you would take a bath and wash your feet you wouldn't have that problem. see a doctor.
