The old saying "everything in moderation" is still useful!
If you ate it before falling pregnant then you can eat it now, but try to cut down on salt intake. Its not that you should be overly worried about the baby, more so that you will clog your ateries and it will lead to health problems in the future. Most western people eat 4 times the recommended daily dose salt everday.
Consult your doctor about any diet queries also

Try not to eat so much salt and the hot chili's are just fine. They do have good stuff for your body.

Eat whatever you want! Many parts of the world eat hot and spicy food and the babies are just fine! I love Indian food and ate it a lot when pg!

You might want to watch the salt intake. The chili's may give you heartburn. But if you ok eating it then you should be ok.

You should try to avoid sodium in pregnancy as it can increase your chances of hypertension. Like another user said everything in moderation.. Avoid unprocessed foods and deli meats.
