Doesn't matter. They are two separate entities. I don't know how it all works when you set up an Ebay account as a storefront, but I'm almost positive you would link it to an existing PayPal account. And to the best of my knowledge there is no requirement that a person accept PayPal when listing on Ebay.

i opened my ebay account first then i went through ebay to set up a pay pal account i am sure that it matters which way u do it
