..well,the house deal fell through. Now hubby is trying to buy another 1, thru a realty, that was just remodeled. He says we have it & are moving in sometime next week. We have 4 days to move out of here but he refuses to rent an apartment. Does
this sound right to you guys? He says we already have the house & he is gonna ask when we can move in.
Opinions?
P.S. I think they took the paperwork from that other house we were trying to buy,I think he is still working with the crooks, they are just trying
to line their pockets again.
Input please.........

No,it's becuz hubby said we had that OTHER house,& look what happened....He only talked to the owner once or twice & doesn't even have a phone number....O & the lady that owns the other house that we tried to but is being a ***** & wants us out ASAP.I would rather rent an apt NOW rather than waste more time on houses & such. and,as I said, the house has been taken back by the bank,so she can't get rent money anymore, right? SHE has to move also, right?

Yes,I know what I am doing...avoiding disaster..and I don't believe you can buy a house THAT fast, evenif it is owner-financed. You'd have to start all over again with the loan & everything, right?
Hubby says he's already in the computer
so there's no problem. I haven't even SEEN the house yet & no paperwork, either.

What are you babbling on about? If you're buying a place and closing next week, why on God's Green Earth would you go and rent a place now?? Do you even know what you are doing? Have you read the agreements that you have signed?
