Ok.. My ex seems to think that the guy before me got her pregnant on thanksgiving, but she is due sept 20 thats what the doctor said anyways.. I was with her December , Jan, Feb, and the first time we had sex was exactly December 16 I know that for sure.. and she was only with me because she broke up with her ex dec 1.. and from there on she was with me and only me, because she was practically living with me.. the last time she had sex with him was on thanksgiving and that was it.. so what do you guys think.. doctor said due date is Sept. 20thish!! This would be my first kid if it is mine.. im 26 and shes 20.. And if this kid is mine i want to be there for her.. reguardless if her mom wants to pretend its her ex's before me.. help me.. what do i do?

I think you should support her for now in case this is your child because you want it to be born healthy without stress or problems but as soon as s/he is born, get a DNA test to get rid of any doubt. It's the only way to be 100% sure.

If she is due on the 20th September then she would have conceived around 28th December so looks like the baby is yours. Congratulations :-)
I am 8 days overdue and very bored so I counted back 38 weeks from the due date (which is how you work out when conception occured) she should have had her last period around 14th December - providing she had a regular cycle.

I agree on DNA test.... its the most absorb and easy method. Just dont ask too much, just do whatever u always do, till her due. Whatever she thinking, put aside for a while, the important the baby born are safe. Good Luck and all the best.

Did the math and more than likely the kid sounds like it could be yours.Ultra sounds can give an approximate due date take a week or so.But your doing the right thing by supporting her.Its sad that she wants to play games with you all she is doing is hurting her unborn child. At least you cn be the adult here.Good luck.

If she is really unco-operative about who is really the father, then hire a solicitor/lawyer and make her submit the baby for paternity testing. This is going to be the only way to know for sure.
In the meantime be supportive for the rest of the pregnancy, consider that this is a huge deal for her too and give her space if she asks for it. Don't be demanding or obnoxious about it or it will end badly for you.

Sounds like baby is yours, Your ex may be trying to distance herself from you by saying its not, Maybe the other guy wants to believe its his and she wants him as the dad. Maybe she wants to move on with another partner and doesnt want you around for the next 18 years. She should not be able to do this, however your rights are limited.

When the baby is born take a dna test just to make sure. The baby otherwise should be yours unless she is hiding something from you.
