What is wrong with me that I stay up so late. My head is so messed up from being lonely in life and serving in Iraq. They call it post tramatic syndrome but I have never had to see any real combat? I think there was something in the food we had to eat while in Iraq. Does anyone else feel this way about the food?

its not just the food brother, it was the shots in the arm and the exposure to "low levels" of depleted uranium amongst other harmfull materials.
youre on the right track though about nutrition. there are supplements you can take that give your body what it needs to balance itself properly. The typical american diet lacks nutrition severely.

Dear You Didn't Make This,
I think the proper form of the question is, "How do I get over Yahoo! Answers Addiction Syndrome." I do believe it's getting dangerous to our health, for some people, not me. I only spend eight hours a day. For heaven sakes, I spend more time working, getting ready and travel, so how is that an addiction? I deny it. Sleeping is the addiction. If you could cut back on that waste of time you'd have more time to be here. Take a look at this and see what's been happening while you been gone, to start, and I have more information. luv, hbar12 Actually the answers are always right in front of us. We just keep picking the wrong ones, that's all. Some people just reverse their thinking to break out of that syndrome. A syndrome is a circle, circular thinking and partial answers. The powerfulness of the mind is that it thinks in images. It takes two points to make a straight line. Three to make a shape, image. That translates into sentences in that the first sentence isn't a picture and doesn't seem to make much sense and we dismiss it. If we don't judge so quickly, the unbiased part of science, we wonder about that thought. In answer to an implied question, we get another thought that explains the first one somewhat. If we accept that, as we are being unbiased, and questioning, "How is that so." before we make a judgment then we get 'the picture.' Einstein was only a genius because he used this method. He said, "If an idea doesn't seem wrong at first, there's no hope for it." Instead we filter out what doesn't go with what we think, but that's what we already thought and is not an answer, which is something new, of which we haven't thought. So we continue to think is circles and settle with an answers that makes us immediately comfortable, but is wrong. Using descriptive word, the words of science, we don't make judgments until we collect all the facts about an idea. We only need three and to test the results, another step we skip by only testing to see if it fits our preconcieved notions. That's not even good religious study. It's like, and can be, circular reasoning. An upward or downward spiral breaks out of a circle at every turn. It may be worse, not being in combat and not knowing what you may be doing and the culture shock of going over and another comming back. We don't have to do a detailed analysis of everything, only that little bit of how the intuition works. Reading some on Emotional Intelligence starts heading in the right direction, also, with using only descriptive and positive words. We immediately start feeling and seeing better. The brain sees all you show it and learns from things outside itself, plus has an inner sense and knowledge of life, chemistry and the like from the inside. it does the thinking, you are only the awareness directing it. Like operating a computer. You are not the computer, you have a computer and a mind. The awareness, you, has the mouse or with tv the controller. You have to get back from your life, thoughts, and feelings. Getting too much into them and thoughts and feelings run us. You, the awareness, is less emotional. Now your in control. Then you can experience deeper feelings more impartially or get into them more, if you wish. You have deeper feelings because you can now handle them. Let me give you another site that has 64 free ebooks. You can skip around in the one called something or other "Emotional Intelligence" and see what you can use or any books on there that appeal. The association with food is just another culture shock, like food shock, although you certainly encountered slightly different viruses and the updated viruses as you came back, but the immune system can handle them. get plenty of rest, water and of course normal hygenic rules. We need to know how the mind and emotions work, however and that requires study and you will know what few know, as this is cutting edge science. You will be unique and more powerful than the average bear.
